Saturday stabbing could be linked to Flint's serial slasher
An early morning stabbing Saturday near Flint's McLaren Regional Medical Center hasn't been ruled out of consideration as a possible 21st victim of a serial stabber being sought in three states, police said today.

"We haven't ruled it out," Flint Police Chief Alvern Lock said about the assault Saturday on a 47-year-old man in Flint. "We haven't completely linked all of those together, but it looks like him. Our victim says it's a white guy, and they think that it is him."

The suspect has been described by those who survived his attacks as a muscular white man in his late 20s or early 30s, standing 5-foot-11 to 6-foot-2.
