A Connecticut man is under arrest after police say he was drunk and yelling at his young daughter in the parking lot of St. Marys Hospital in Amsterdam.
Police received calls about the man at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Upon close inspection, they determined that Justin J. Coffey of Norfolk, Ct. was highly intoxicated while he was standing outside his vehicle, talking to his 2-year-old daughter who was inside the car.
